i have a question for anybody willing to answer, is it okay to have one crappy day, like eating whatever the hell you want and how much you want of it each week? For instance, i eat very well all week, but then from friday night to saturday night, i eat crappy food, or healthy food, i just eat a large amount of food through this time period. Is that okay? can i still lose weight? and if i can, will it slow my weight loss down? Or if i can't lose weight with this eating habit, does anyone have some suggestions for me? thanks
