I got one of the aloof mice running in the wheel, the two feeders climbed into my hand when they were ready and the other aloof mouse did not want to go.

First there was the usual running away, then much tail tapping and then the mouse started to hop around squaking. I must have spent around three or four hours just catching that one mouse. I tried regular catching with my hand, Put in the running wheel I used to catch the first aloof mouse, coaking the mouse with food, getting the mouse to climb into a box, my livetrap I used to catch wild animals and finally I used a tuperware container and slide something flat underneth.

By then a storm was brewing and since my wind sheild wipers have broken again, I had to wait another few hours to drive out, which meant I finally arrived at 2 am and were to planning to leave at 4 am the next morning. So I had to whip up the new tank setup at my parent's house fairly quick.

I had no idea that one would freak out so much during the move.

I think one of my gerbils was traumatized when we moved, too. Ever since, he's been very aggressive, and I can't hold him without him trying to bite me. It's really scary.
