One Month Vegetarian

Today marks one full month that I have gone vegetarian! I know it may sound like a very short time but to me, this is a big deal and while my journey hasn't been easy, I'm happy with the choice I've made for myself.

Hey, everybody who's a long-time veg was at the one month point at some point. Congrats on sticking with it thus far! It'll just keep getting easier and feeling more natural from here on out

When I was a month vegetarian, the only thing I was thinking about is to get some breast milk.
