I just made these last night and I got about 24 cookies out of the batter. As of tonight I have 4 left. Between me, and the BBQ I went to today they went so fast. Everyone today LOVED them. My one friend kept talking them up and was so impressed that they were vegan. She even took some more as I was leaving. Thanks so much for posting.

I made these gluten-free and they turned out great. They were very yummy! I also used coconut sugar instead of white and brown sugar. Here is a picture - I added coconut flakes to some of them. This is not the whole batch. I still had some cooking and my fiance and I had already ate some. We both loved them!

I've made these a bunch of times and a few different ways. I must say the best way (as mentioned before) is with coconut oil! I ran out the other night and made them with EB shortening. They're still tasty, but definitely not the same!! I find white flour does better... and vegan good quality chocolate chips make these or break it! I had some left over nestle milk chocolate chips and they were nasty!! No more cheapy stuff!!
But, in general these get eaten like hot cakes!! I usually have to make a double batch!
