I made something from a recipe that came with my soymilk maker that was supposed to resemble "chicken" tenders. I didn't like it at all.
There IS a recipe for Okara "Crab" Cakes over at www.fatfreevegan.com that I am dying to try sometime. I have made lots of recipes from SusanV's site and they are all good, so I have high hopes for this one too.
If you make them before I do, I would like to hear how they turn out.
