I need a recipe for oat bread, potato bread. I have a bunch of potato flour that I need to use before it gets old, as well as, of course, access to fresh potatoes. I have a bread machine. Was a generous donation.

Check out my caraway rye recipe, for bread machine. Like jewish rye but with more rye. Most commercial jewish rye seems to be mostly white flour with a bit of rye flour, plus caraway seeds. Mine is 50-50 white, whole rye.

To adapt to regular breadmaking, simply use same ingredients and use slightly less water. Kneed and rise as normally.
