Hi, I was wondering if you guys could recomend me a good book on Vegan nutrition, not so much on recepies but on what veganisim does to your body, the health benefits etc. I'm getting tired of people telling me that I'm following a poor diet with not enough protein and with tons of carbs... people really are afraid of carbs they always seem to get very worried when they know I'm vegan, they think you can get diabetes by eating whole grains etc. Anyways, I need all the information I can get on the nutrition so I stop worring about what people are telling meabout my health.
