Right now I take a ton of supplements, 2-3x a day.<br>
Bcomplex, D, Omega 3, theanine, amino acids, probiotic.<br><br>
I need a one stop shop! So many pills - gack! And in the mornings, I don't eat a whole lot so some of these (I think it's the B) upset my stomach sometimes. So, I need some recs on a good all inclusive. I need minimum 800 IU of D because I am fair and have depression/anxiety and some I have researched do not have enough of that. Plus, the omega 3 usually comes by itself.<br><br>

I just take a vegetarian multi by Jamieson. Maybe you should visit a holistic health store and see if they can recommend something? They would probably know best as far as specific brands and dosage, since you already know what you're looking for.<br><br>
I also get nauseous sometimes from taking my vitamins. Maybe try taking them just before you go to bed?
