I don't actually have a nut allergy, but I honestly cannot stand nuts. I used to love them when I was a kid, but now they make me feel like throwing up when I taste/eat them. Will this be a major problem when going raw, considering I hear the topic of nuts and seeds come up a fair bit when talking about a raw diet? If so, how would a person with a nut allergy go about replacing nuts in their diet? More seeds?
