I don't actually have a nut allergy, but I honestly cannot stand nuts. I used to love them when I was a kid, but now they make me feel like throwing up when I taste/eat them. Will this be a major problem when going raw, considering I hear the topic of nuts and seeds come up a fair bit when talking about a raw diet? If so, how would a person with a nut allergy go about replacing nuts in their diet? More seeds?

Eating more seeds would probably be the answer, although from what i have read nuts usually don't play a major role in raw food diets, most vegan raw foodists tend to eat a low fat diet, which typically doesn't include many nuts, if any.

you definitely don't have to eat nuts on a raw diet. there are plenty of alternatives for things that involve nuts. Don't worry <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
