Welcome to the forums! Don't be shy about asking any questions. I personally lost ~60 pounds when I went veg*n, but it's very easy to eat vegan and still keep on weight. BTW, are you doing this strictly for your health? I ask because the standard vegan definition typically involves avoiding all products made from animals(as far as possible, anyhow), and not just food. I'm not trying to attack you or anything; it's just a sensitive issue around here. Please don't take offense.<br><br>
