Rudy's is a brand that makes terrific vegan buns. They're overpriced and hard to find, the company is in Boulder, CO but I find the products here in Seattle at PCC & another store which keeps them in the freezer. It does seem nearly impossible to find decent bread products, for regular bread there is Milton's Healthy Potato. We eat Sara Lee hoagie style rolls for veggie dawgs (but dislike the hydrogenated oils the rolls contain) they make a style that appears to be vegan, the Sourdough I believe.

Wasn't this topic about burgers? leave it to me -- I buy MoMo's Mochick & Mobeef (*they contain whey* I prefer to call them NoMoBeef/Chick though!), Boca Burgers & Gardenburger Cutlets. All of those are good, but I'm interested now in trying the Tofurkey brand, Fantasic foods & Amy's California Burgers. I do agree they could spice up the vegan options, geez... the seasoning isn't dairy derived
