Hello! My name is Denalynn. I can't really say that I'm a vegan but felt that I could get a great deal of information from this board.

I recently read a book by Harvey Diamond - "Living Without Pain." Since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 3 years ago, I've been getting worse, turning down the "Here's a pill to help with the pain" way of dealing with it, and have been diligently searching for a more natural approach.

For those of you familiar with his book "Fit for Life," it's the same concepts he's teaching in this book as well. I say it's worth a try.

The problem - I'm not sure how to approach the monodieting. I love salads, but how many salds can you eat in order to eliminate the hunger pangs?

Anyway, I'm hoping to glean information from this website.
