So you ate only bread? (milk and eggs if you're ovo-lacto) I guess if it is like that for one day you will be OK, but zero eating fruits or vegetables for a long time may lead to scurvy ( vitamin C deficiency).

and yup, pretty much just bread and cereal. oh and PB and almonds.<br><br>
but got to the end of the day and had a huge dinner of pumpkin and broccoli and tomatos and rice. and then an apple. so ..feel better now.<br><br>
good to know i didn't keel over.<br><br>
also just got blood tests back from when i was sick, my iron, b12, folate etc are all spot on. so proud <br><br>
unfortunately there's a whole bunch of 'abnormalities' that im getting tested for stuff to rule out. sigh. platelet somethings, or like..not enough of white blood cells. or is it red? ..yeah i dont know.<br><br>
point is..hooray. iron and what not. i guess i dont eat as badly as i feel like i do.<br><br>
have been at someone elses house all day, and will be tomorrow between work and bday party thingo. wont wake up and have my 'regular' breakfast. the idea is freakin me out..sigh.<br><br>
tomorrow birthday cake is on the agenda (not me. my dad's . ) its all gonna be fine. (maybe if i say it often enough itll feel true).

But as I said elsewhere, I'm not a friend of fasting because it isn't somatically healthy. If it's for some spiritual reason it's perfectly o.K.
