No bake cookies<br><br>
Category: Desserts - Cookies<br><br><br><br>
Suitable for a: vegetarian diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
2 cup sugar<br><br>
3 tablespoons cocoa<br><br>
1/2 cup milk<br><br>
1/4 cup butter or margarine<br><br>
3 cups quick-cooking oats<br><br>
1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br><br>
1/2 cup peanut butter<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Bring cocoa milk and butter to a boil on medium heat<br><br>
cook for 1-3 minutes<br><br>
Removed from heat and QUICKLY add oats, peanutbutter and vanilla<br><br>
Mix well<br><br>
make round balls on a cookie sheet (perferably one with wax paper on it)<br><br>
cool in fridge or freezer until firm but not to hard to bite<br><br><br><br>
enjoy<br><br><br><br><br><br>

We made these in my food class, but she gave us two papers. The one we made, had like some brown sugar and flour..but I think they are pretty much the same
