Staying away from meat really isn't that hard. Once you've discovered that actually, spaghetti bolognese can be made with chickpeas or lentils instead of mince, the possibilities suddenly become endless.
Make sure you are clued up on nutrition though. Don't just cut out meat without bringing in another protein source.
