I know it seems like a daunting task when you start, but you'll soon find yourself making decisions and meals automatically... as though you've been a vegetarian all your life. For me, the simplest way to start was to simply eat meals I already did, but remove or substitute the meat. Explore a new recipe each week. Look for ways to remake your favorite dishes. Good luck!
