I have decided to move my family into vegetarianism. I have stayed away from pork and beef for the past 10 years. I have decided to remove poultry and fish as well. I am going back and forward on the diary products because I have a one year old and although all the research indicates that children do not need cows milk I am still a little concerned about removing him right now. So here I am. BTW... I found this Board because I can not get into tofu. I have tried firm, extra firm, soft whatever, and I would rather do without it. ANy suggestions.
