Thanks. I think you both are right. I went from eating unhealthy to vegan overnight. After viewing PETA'a website, however it is a little hard to eat anything. I have done some internet research and it sounds common. There is a good article on "Cleansing reaction" at healthforce.com if anyone else experiences this. It describes exactly how I feel. Light headed/ flu- like symptoms.... Thanks for the encouragement.
