Greetings. I'm not normally one for these types of threads, but I thought I should introduce myself. I was vegetarian for around 6 years and I became vegan around 2 months ago. I'm also taking steps to eat more natural, unprocessed foods and reduce my environmental impact. I am going to start a serious workout routine in a few weeks as I would like all of my muscle gain to be from a vegan diet. It would be very nice to prove to some people I know that vegans can be fit and healthy.
