There's a relatively new vegetarian take-out place in the Little Saigon section of Westminster: "Hand to Hand Vegetarian Food-To-Go": http://www.yelp.com/biz/hand-to-hand-vegetarian-food-to-go-westminster

Things to consider:

1. Not all menu items are vegan (ask)

2. This is pretty much strictly a "take out" place. There's only a few seats inside. (On the other hand, the prices are pretty low).
