HI! I'm Kirstie. I'm 19-years-old and I've been a vegetarian for 5 years. I have experimented with veganism on and off for periods of 1 month to 6 months during that time. I'm lazy, poor, loathe cooking and have no desire to learn. That being said, I feel like a hypocrite advocating animal rights but not being vegan. Breakfast, lunch at work, and snacks I can do, but at night I need a delicious, warm dinner after a long day. Are there are simple, quick go-to recipes that you love?

There is a college vegan cookbook made by PETA. I know you said you don't like cooking but the recipes never require anything more than a microwave to warm stuff up.
If you don't mind frozen dinners every now and then Amy's Kitchen has some fabulous dishes that are vegan
