My name is Trish and I decided to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle earlier this summer. Over the last year or so I have cut down the amount of meat I ate and sometimes just looking at it and knowing it use to live would make me gag so I decided to just cut all meat out all together.<br><br>
I'm still learning about animal products used in different foods and figuring out where I draw the line and am conflicted about the idea of using milk products and eggs.<br><br>
I'm currently finding it hard to eat out places and worry about not getting enough nutrients to stay healthy.<br><br>
I'm looking forward to learning more and being able to talk to other people following this lifestyle.

welcome to vb! Looking at meat, and know its a dead body someone is eating makes me sick. (My family is omnis so I see meat alot)
