Hi guys!

I am new to the Veggie Boards but very happy to be here! I became a vegetarian about 5 or 6 months ago and so far have been generally quite successful with only a few (sometimes accidental!) slip ups. One thing that I struggled with in the beginning was making food that was filling - I absolutely CANNOT survive on salads and beans and smoothies.

Since then I've gathered a ton of recipes from all over the place that are vegetarian, healthy but still extremely satisfying!

I decided to make a Hubub page to share the recipes with the web (but still give credit where credit is due!).
So if you're like me and looking for hearty, but healthy meals, feel free to check it out. I'd also love to find out more recipes that you guys have had success with - I'm really into quinoa if that helps! :nerd:

Check it out here: https://www.hubub.com/topic.php?id=133647

Thanks!!

Welcome! Vegetarian food has a reputation for being good for dieters, but that's not necessarily the case. Sometimes even vegetarians get very hungry. There's nothing wrong with salads or smoothes, but eating those alone just doesn't cut it. (Beans are usually very filling, though.)
