Hey all. My husband and I just started making the transition to a raw diet. We've been eating about 85-90% raw for the past week and so far I'm loving it. The food is so delicious and super easy! I've spent the last few days reading through the 70+ page thread of q&a's.<br><br><br><br>
After watching the preview for Raw for 30 Days we decided to give it a try. I was taking thyroid meds for years before going vegan and have since been able to stop taking them all together. I figure if a regular vegan diet can do that for me, I'd love to see what a raw vegan diet can do (like I still have pretty bad allergies).<br><br><br><br>
