New to veggie way, new to this new way of thinking (to me), new to wanting a healthier me. Dont know where to start. I am a meat addict because i was always told eat meat with every meal, junkfood junkie, and now want to regain my health. Where to start? I am going to cold turkey it. no pun intended.

Have you already started eating and cooking vegetarian? Or have you yet to go grocery shopping as a vegetarian for the first time?

Welcome! I know it can be overwhelming at first. There are several books out there that will help newbies make the transition. Just take it one meal at a time! Think about some of the things you like that don't have meat (or that you can easily take meat out of) such as pasta or stir fry, and go from there. There are also some great meat substitutes out there as well that can help you make the transition when you start getting meat cravings. You will find over time your tastes and cravings will change to more healthier foods. Good luck!
