My name is Elijah and I am 25 years old. I live in Littleton Colorado. I follow Dr. Fuhrman's dietary recommendations, otherwise known as "The Greatest Diet on Earth" or "Eat To Live". I have been eating healthfully for almost 1 1/2 years now.<br><br><br><br>
I like whitewater kayaking, guitar, computers, and health stuff.<br><br><br><br>
I found these boards from the discussion forums at DrFuhrman.com, your member "TaliaJ" was my motivation for joining.<br><br><br><br>
