<span style="font-family:Arial;">I'm just trying hard to leave fish but I'm still looking forward for a complete protein substitute, that could match an work pro my no working thyroid problem too. I'm so happy to be an almost vegetarian.</span>

Hello and welcome. My wife has thyroid issues as well. She's a vegan and doing even better with it now. Quinoa and soybeans are complete proteins btw.

Adding coconut in your diet will help balance thyroid.<br><br>
Vitamin A rich foods like yellow vegetables, carrots and dark green vegetables<br><br>
Minerals like Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Neodnium, Terbium, Thullium are good for metabolic reactions for thyroid.<br><br>
B complex supplements can help.<br><br>
Sea vegetables like arame, kelp, dulse, hijike, nori, wakame an kombu are rich in Iodine.<br><br>
Eat low calorie foods.
