Hello, all!<br><br>
My parents are starting to bug me again about cooking vegan food for me, so I want to try to cook for myself. Since I have a family with a Chinese background, we eat a lot of vegetables, rice, tofu, etc. I'm looking for some good recipes that are healthy, nutritious, with lots of veggies, but they don't nave to be asian recipes. I've cooked for myself before, so I guess I'm not that much of a beginner at cooking. I can make things like pasta... I just need some ideas of what to make for my meals, and what to buy when I'm at the grocery store.<br><br>
