Ok firstly I'd like to say hi haven't been here for ages nice to see VB still going strong and im still veggie 5 years now.

Anyway for a while now on and off for about a year now, I have been getting these really intense skin irritations the best way I can describe it is really intense pins and needles with a tingling burning sensation that goes all over my body. I don't have eczema and never have, but I do often get like two identical red patches on my legs one on each thigh (it looks like a rash but they are never itchy) they don't always show up my gf said there quite odd, but the main problem are these pins and needles I have no idea what is causing it. I have done a bit of investigating and some people with similar issues have said they have anxiety issues, I'm certain I don't have those issues, another more common reason the reason which prompted me to post here was some people were reporting B12 deficiency. I'm in amazing shape atm (hate to sound like a dick) I'm not taking any drugs etc I eat really well and try to keep it as balanced as possible, how would i know if I'm lacking b12? I also notice i get the irritations as soon as I walk outside so i think it might be to do with temperature changes or maybe london air lol, I really have no idea. But its really starting to effect me now its happening almost every day some times 2 times a day, and as soon as it starts the fastest way to relieve the irritations is to take my top of and lay in the bath tub but obviously in public this isn't possible so I fight the itching but the more I resist the worst it gets sometimes drinking water helps a bit but not much.

Anyway I really don't want to go to the doctors because if I go they will do a whole bunch of tests on me because I haven't been to doctors in about 3 years and I know if I go they will start talking about my other heart issues and I really don't want to hear all that stuff.

Any advice will be appreciated thanks in advance.

Sounds like allergies to me. I get a similar itchy feeling under my skin all over and red patches on my legs and arms when having allergic reactions to dust and mold and certain trees.

I take benydryl and it goes away, maybe try that and see if it helps. Its an antihistamine so if it does help it may be bc of allergies.

3 years is a bit too long to go w/o a checkup, you really should see a dr just to make sure youre overall healthy
