So I have Vegan Vittles but none of my local bookstores carry Vegan Family Favorites. That means I can't eye-ball it prior to purchase to make sure I'm not buying something too close to what I already own.<br><br><br><br>
So, I wondered if anyone had both of these and how they compared. Vittles is about regular old comfort foods veganized. From what I read about VFF, the same is true.<br><br><br><br>
So, are they truly similar ... or do they have very different recipes? Cuz at $20 on amazon, I want to make sure. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wink3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=""> YKWIM?

The website for VFF (<a href="http://www.veganfamilyfavorites.com/index.php?src=vfhome" target="_blank">http://www.veganfamilyfavorites.com/...php?src=vfhome</a>) lists all the recipes and even has a picture of each one, you should be able to tell from that. I have Vegan Vittles, and it doesn't look too similar to me from what I can see on the site. I've been considering buying it, too.

That is so cool! I never thought of looking for a web site for the book. I love what they did with showing all the pictures (and I'm sure it helps sales, too).<br><br><br><br>

orapunzel i have vegan family favs and i ordered it on amazon for only 10 bucks i think. yes check the website, the pics of the recipes are great.<br><br>
oh and i like the book, everything i have tried so far has been easy and tasty!

Hey! Veg. Family Favorites even has a recipe I submitted, so, yeah, I recommend that one. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=""><br><br><br><br>
Seriously, they are both good but I find myself using VFF more often for things my kids will eat...<br><br>
Probably all depends on what sorts of things you and your family prefer.
