I have just finished making a batch or two of veggie soup broth. Apparently, besides using it for soup, the idea is to use it for sauces and probably stirfrys. Beyond this I need some help. I do not generally plan ahead, so I would like some suggestions for freezer foods. Maybe some veggie burgers or casseroles. Any suggestions? Also, I tried to make falafal and it was horrible. Got a good recipe you could recommend?<br><br>
