I've been reading up on how to loose weight and I found, almost universally, that it is good to have 3 small meals and 2 snacks in between every day. I've been racking my brain to come up with essentially 5 small meals a day without getting bored. I'll eat vegetarian but would prefer vegan. So far it's a lot of miso soup, beans, leafy greens, veggies and almond milk.

If anyone has similar eating habits or snack ideas please let me know.

Do you have anything against grains? I notice that they are missing from your list. Also, fruit is a great snack! As is yogurt and its vegan varieties.

You can try to find meals and recipes through search engines by typing a keyword phrase related to what you want like "best meals", "best recipes", "healthy foods", "diet plans", "food diet", and many more.
