I am looking for a VEGAN wheat-free (NOT GLUTEN -FREE) bread recipe for someone who is allergic to wheat, but not necessarily gluten.<br><br><br><br>
I tried making some bread last night with oat flour, soy flour, barley flour, rye flour, but of course no wheat UGH!!! what a flop!!<br><br><br><br>
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try spelt flour -- it works the same and tastes similar to wheat. Just use it cup for cup in your wheat bread recipes, being sure to substitute whole spelt flour for whole wheat flour and white spelt flour for white flour.
