It seems like I made Mexican beans and peppers that are good in
Tortillas or on chips but not good on pasta. Actually I'm looking for a vegan cheese sauce that would taste good on poutatoes and pasta. Too
I like white beans on pasta sometimes. I usually saute garlic and onion in olive oil, throw in some pepper and a little salt, and maybe some Italian seasoning and then toss the beans in the mixture and top the pasta with it. You can also spice it up a bit by putting a few red pepper flakes in the mixture.
That sounds awesome. I sometimes do chickpeas, broccoli, black olives, carrots and red onions with Italian dressing. So many great combinations.
