I just wanted to share my experience with essentially transitioning to a raw food diet.
Initially it was straining my digestive system, I got easily bloated and sometimes deprived from sleep. So I started drinking effective microorganisms. I fermented homemade sauerkraut juice and that flushed my guts clean after some weeks I had no problem whatsoever to eat raw veggies.
