Hi guys,

I just made a video where I share my favourite food items and how I implement them in my cooking. Have a look if you find it interesting! :)

I do agree with those, although I'm not as big a fan of nutritional yeast as I wish I were.
I'd like to add tempeh to the fermented catagory!

I subscribed, and happily found a recipe for yogurt. I tried the thermos method but with soy milk that was at 115 F. It became just spoiled milk... Too hot? Not clean enough?

Are you Swedish? I like your accent!

yes I'm swedish!
Hmm, I wonder why it didn't work. there's a number of different reasons to why it might not have worked, it might have been too hot or two cold. The youghurt you put in might have been spoiled by other bacteria. Try it again :)
