yet again! My eczema broke out, I'm itchy, my arms are all red, and I can't stand it! I know it's dairy products that do it to me, but I haven't had any (or so I thought) lately. Are there some things that have hidden dairy in them that I just don't know about? Also, I recently learned that caffeine is what has been triggering some of my headaches and skin issues... but I don't drink pop or coffee, and I only drink decaf tea. Any hidden caffeine out there either? Someone help!

my boyfriend has eczema as well and nothing seems to make it better. he has cut out all dairy, eggs and meat for the past 2 or 3 years now and still hasn't noticed an improvement. if anyone out there has any insight on this i too would love to know!
