I pretty much did exactly what you posted, minus the nut milks and I loved it! And I actually had small amounts of fruit, like watermelon and cantaloupe instead of just juice. Mainly because I"m a baby and I had 'chew' something. I'm working up to doing it again soon. When I started eating, after three days, I stuck to raw for a few days. I felt great! I actually still drink the lemonade (lemon juice in water with cayenne pepper and grade b maple syrup) Good luck!
