I love me a green smoothie! It makes me feel so healthy, and they are delicious. Here's a recipe that I have been using lately:

handful spinach
handful kale
1/2 banana
1/2 mango
1 Tbsp chia seeds
water

Blend everything together in a high speed blender until all green bits are gone. Drink to your health!

Thanks for sharing. I have been particularly enthusiastic about smoothies lately so I must try this one out as well.

Thanks for sharing it JojoMojo!Green smoothie or fruit smoothie is my favorite nowadays it really helps me in my overall health. It improves my immune system and digestive system. It also helps to have a better life. I make some smoothie for my breakfast and snack it keeps me going and healthy. This is the best way to drink and eat healthy.
