3 Tbls. Tahini

2 Tbls. ready-made garlic Hummus

1 whole fresh Lime -(sqeeze juice out)

2-3 cloves of FRESH garlic minced

1Tbls chopped FRESH Cilantro (or 1 Tbls. Fresh mint)

1 Tbls. Sesame seed oil

a few splashes of Soy sauce

add a little water for a thinner dressing
