3 Tbls. Tahini<br><br>
2 Tbls. ready-made garlic Hummus<br><br>
1 whole fresh Lime -(sqeeze juice out)<br><br>
2-3 cloves of FRESH garlic minced<br><br>
1Tbls chopped FRESH Cilantro (or 1 Tbls. Fresh mint)<br><br>
1 Tbls. Sesame seed oil<br><br>
a few splashes of Soy sauce<br><br>
add a little water for a thinner dressing

I put it on salad mostly but also on whole wheat pita.<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">

really looks great, BeanSprout, thanks for posting it. If I had regular hummus, should I just add extra garlic, or is <i>garlic hummous</i> a necessity, no subs?
