I love Ezekiel and Genesis bread. I am pretty sure they are both vegan. They are made from sprouted seeds and grain. I have found it in Kroger's grocery and Meijer's (in Ohio). They are made by the Food For Life Company. Here is their website:

http://www.foodforlife.com/

I really like the Ezekiel bread for toast and sandwiches, but if I'm just eating bread or having it with a meal, make it a good French style bread. Amazingly enough one of the Safeways in Sunnyvale makes fantastic French style bread.
