I find that the best motivation for working out is... well... working out.

Seriously, though, if I work out every day for ten days, I'm probably going to work out for the eleventh, too. If I work out for two days and quit, it's hard to summon the motivation again later. So I guess just stick it out for a few days and see if that helps?

I also hang up clothes in very visible spaces that I want to fit into.
