I have some quick routines on my DVDs that are short, intense, and focused on the core, which are fantastic when I'm short on time. Usually the way I do it is the shorter my yoga workout is, the more intense I'll make it.

yoga on youtube has gotten pretty good, just search youtube for "easy yoga" or "yoga beginning". also there are some great free podcasts by yogajournal and some others available on itunes.</div>

I agree Youtube Yoga is probably my most helpful source of inspiration right now. I'm currently a big fan of <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L69u7csJ_oU" target="_blank">Esther</a>.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">
