Mini Flax Pancakes<br><br>
Category: Breakfast<br><br><br><br>
Suitable for a: vegetarian diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
1 heaping tbs milled flax seeds<br><br>
1 egg white<br><br>
2 packets splenda (or sugar)<br><br>
cinnamon to taste<br><br>
dash of baking soda<br><br>
dash of vanilla<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
mix all of your ingredients together<br><br><br><br>
pour onto a sprayed skillet and cook on medium until both sides are fluffy and done.<br><br><br><br>
serve with some syrup and it tastes just like a pancake!<br><br><br><br><br><br>

This is good if your watching your carbs. The end result is light and fluffy. Not only is this recipe great tasting but it helps you get your flax and its quick! Enjoy<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Can easily be doubled and ect.
