Is the reason that you don't want to drink it that you don't like the taste? If so, try it in puddings, gravy, baked goods, etc. They have oat milk at lots of hfs I think. Where did you find your other milks?

Bake with it, make smoothies, sauces, soups! Oat milk is available at a variety of stores, depending on where you live.

Almond milk is my very favorite. (I switched to it after I thought I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant after all, but I'm never going back to cow milk.)

Anyway.. my point. I enjoy using almond milk in my baking. It adds a smooth, nutty undertone to everything. Also: bisque! I love bisques (cream-based soups) and almond milk goes great with every kind I've made so far.

If you're talking cow's milk, I believe it's quite the opposite. Not very healthy at all.

And agreed with using the non-dairy milks in recipes.

Hm. I'd think that Kroger would be the best best, since you found the hemp milk there, but it sounds like a no. Have you tried hunting at a smaller health food shop? If you can't find one near you, there may be one listed on www.happycow.net.

Do you have more than one Kroger store nearby? Some tend to have bigger health food sections than others. That's odd that you couldn't even find it at the health food store.
