I turned vegan right before Thanksgiving this year courtesy of my Social Studies teacher and her lesson about how the turkeys are killed. I used to eat a soup that had mostly veggies but a little bit of meat. As I turned vegan during a long weekend and I cant ask my fellow vegan friends, I dont know what I can bring to school... I tried to learn about this via this but then i got really confused... HELP ME PLZ!!!!!<br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":("><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/tongue3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":p"><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/huh.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="">

Here's a site I found that lists some vegan lunch ideas.<br><a href="http://www.vegkitchen.com/front-page/school-lunch-recipes/" target="_blank">http://www.vegkitchen.com/front-page...lunch-recipes/</a><br><br>
Different wraps and sandwiches are very easy and quick to make, but if you want something hot you could also make your own vegetable soup, refrigerate it, and bring a little each day. Depending on where you are and what your budget is, there are also fake meats that you could use to make sandwiches with, too.

Try printing them, then politely ask your mom or dad to cook them for you <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

Bright Bird's link was pretty much fantastic. I don't know if I have much to add to that... but there's always the easy peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and banana sandwich. You said you used to eat soup, so you could always bring some vegan soup in a thermos. Salad in a container can also work, or you can bring leftovers from dinner in a container. Hummus and veggies on whole wheat bread, a bagel with nut butter, a slice of vegan pizza, a veggie burger...those are some possible options. For snacks, try granola bars, fruit, soy yogurt, nuts, etc. Hope this helped at least a little bit. Bon appetit.
