Microvegar is the practice of minimalism and raw veganism combined. Since raw veganism adopts many characteristics of minimalism, taking into account a raw vegan diet while practicing the art of being a minimalist is a powerful process. The time saved from not having to spend too much time preparing meals, washing dishes, having to hear banging, clinging and pounding of dishes is quite peaceful according to Microvegarists like myself (the author of the word) the founder of www.talkgreens.com. Let us not ignore the health benefits of raw food either.

Certain raw vegan foods can in fact take more time and preparation than others, that is why one needs to pick a meal that has a more microvegaristic property. Raw foods that take less preparation are more microvegar....
