Hi Everyone,
We recently made this delicious summer time lunch, a Mexican Summer Fresh Couscous. We used gluten-free couscous, Presidents Choice (available in Canada at many grocery stores), but we'll put up a link for amazon on the blog soon too. This recipe was sweet and savoury, the strawberries added a very nice bit of tart with each bite.
