Meet with Treasure Valley Vegans for Mexican food in Nampa at El Rinconcito (1st St. South and 9th Ave, across from the police station, near the library). This restaurant is eager to accommodate our veganism. They don't use any lard in any of their dishes and they have numerous ones that can be done vegan, including chimichangas, bean burritos, bean tostadas, and tacos. It's a family owned restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and good service.
