I have decided I am going to make a menu. I know I don't eat very well, and I think having set meals would make this easier than just rummaging around in the kitchen. :p

I don't suppose there are any sites that have a vegetarian menu already layed out?
Or something to that effect. I could go through recipes, find what I like... except I don't know if it'll be balanced, have all the protein and all that.

I don't bother writing a menu, I just think about what I eat the day before, so I don't end up having peanut butter for three meals or something.

there are quite a few of these around online, i found a few vegan ones a while ago by googling 'vegan meal plans' i expect 'vegetarian meal plans' would get similar results.

here's a few to start you off, anyway- they're mainly vegan 'cos thats what i was looking for when i googled, but its not hard to shuffle stuff around to add non vegan stuff, if you wanted to:

That is so totally obvious I don't know why it didn't occur to me... I'm a dip.

Thanks for the help, peeps. Much appreciated.
